Refund Policy

We want every client to feel the fee was worth it.

Plan fees

If we have not started work on a newly paid plan, you can request a full refund within 7 days. Once onboarding or campaign work has begun, the current month is non-refundable, and you can cancel future months with one month notice.

Ad spend top-ups

Unspent ad budget held by us on your behalf is refundable at any time, minus any non-recoverable payment fees.

How to request

Open a support ticket in your portal or email info@klokads.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
