Terms of Service

These terms apply to all services provided by Klok Ads. A signed proposal or a paid invoice means you accept them.

Services and fees

Plan fees are billed monthly in advance in BDT or USD. Advertising spend is separate and paid to the platforms, either directly by you or through our ad spend handling service.

Ownership

You own your ad accounts, pages, pixels, data and all creative we produce for you once the related invoice is paid.

Cancellation

Plans are month to month unless a proposal states otherwise. Give one month written notice to cancel.

Results

We commit to best practice and transparent reporting. Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, so specific outcomes are not guaranteed.
